End User License Agreement (EULA) & Age Suitability Policy

  1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

    TradeMania is intended strictly for users aged 18 years or older.

    By accessing, downloading, or using the TradeMania application (“the App”), you confirm that:

    • You are at least 18 years of age
    • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
    • You understand and accept the terms outlined in this EULA

    Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to access or use the App under any circumstances.

  2. Nature of the Application

    TradeMania is a skill-based competitive platform combining educational, simulated, and optional real-market experiences.

    The App includes:

    • Virtual trading tournaments using simulated funds
    • Paid competitive tournaments where users pay an entry ticket to participate
    • Optional connectivity to third-party regulated brokers for users who choose to trade real funds outside the App environment

    TradeMania does not operate as a broker, financial institution, or custodian of user funds.

  3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

    TradeMania does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

    • Any information, tools, simulations, leaderboards, or insights presented in the App are for educational and entertainment purposes only
    • Nothing within the App should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
    • Users are solely responsible for their decisions made outside the App

  4. Adult Themes and Complexity

    The App is restricted to adults due to:

    • The simulation of financial markets and trading mechanics
    • Competitive environments involving performance ranking and strategic risk-taking
    • Concepts that require adult judgment, maturity, and financial awareness

    These elements are not suitable for minors.

  5. User Responsibility and Risk Awareness

    By using TradeMania, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Participation in paid tournaments involves an entry fee for competitive participation, not gambling or wagering
    • Tournament outcomes are determined by user skill, strategy, and decision-making
    • A management or platform fee may be deducted from tournament entry pools before prize distribution, as clearly disclosed prior to participation
    • Any prizes or rewards are governed by the rules of each tournament

    Simulated performance or competitive success does not guarantee real-world trading results.

  6. No Gambling Representation

    TradeMania is not a gambling or betting application.

    • Paid tournaments are skill-based competitions, not games of chance
    • Entry fees grant access to competitive events and leaderboard participation
    • Prize distributions are based on predefined rules and performance metrics
    • TradeMania does not offer casino-style games, random outcomes, or wagering mechanics

  7. Third-Party Brokers and Real-Money Trading

    TradeMania may allow users to connect to third-party regulated brokerage platforms, including but not limited to MultiBank.

    Important clarifications:

    • TradeMania does not process, hold, or manage real user funds
    • All real-money trading accounts are created, maintained, and governed exclusively by the third-party broker
    • Any deposits, withdrawals, trades, or financial transactions occur outside TradeMania’s systems
    • Users are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the broker’s terms, risk disclosures, and regulatory obligations

    TradeMania acts solely as a technology interface and experience layer and bears no responsibility for brokerage services.

  8. Termination

    TradeMania reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if:

    • Age requirements are violated
    • The App is misused
    • These terms are breached

  9. Changes to This Agreement

    We may update this EULA and Age Suitability Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
